Mothering Sunday

Today is Mother's Day (well, at least in good ol'Blighty, whereas the rest of the world will have to wait, until May or something), so to celebrate this special day, I posted up this special fanart of Maria with young Federico (left) and Ezio (right), sleeping peacefully by their side. X3

Partially inspired by this one-shot fanfiction that I wrote, the ending (no, I won't spoil it for you) had so much impact, I couldn't resist capturing this scene now in picture form. And yes, I made a few minor changes, such as changing the scene from the room in Rome, to somewhere quiet in Florence and made Federico and Ezio a little older by 2 years.
